Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational role of Human Resources in the areas of Talent Acquisition, onboarding, administration of policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee relations and development, compensation, health, safety, and security. This position is primarily responsible for supporting all phases of AACR’s Talent Acquisition & retention process but will participate in all phases of the human resources function.

Responsibilities

•Supports recruitment and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for candidates to fill open positions, while coordinating and scheduling interviews.
•Assists with the organizing of HR events and activities including execution, participation, and promotion.
•Assist in the maintenance of the payroll system and ensure all information within the system is up to date.
•Comfort level with HRIS systems.
•Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
•Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
•Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
•Provide management with requested reports and documents.
•Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics such as turnover, market compensation analysis, market benefit trends.
•Accurately maintain employee files.
•Assist with AACR Reception desk.
•Light travel to recruiting events.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•4 year degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
•3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
•Strong foundational knowledge of all HR areas, including recruiting, payroll, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.
•Knowledge of HR systems and databases strongly preferred.
•Ability to build rapport with all employees.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills.
