Provide administrative and project management support to the director and program adminsitrators.  Prepares grant application materials and drafts correspondence.  Works with online grants management databases to manage grant applications and post-award reports.  Communicates with scientific review committees to provide support during the peer-review process and with grantees regarding their progress reports and other grant-related matters. 


  • Updates and maintains templates for grant application materials and grant agreement contracts.
  • Supprts the simultaneous administration of multiple grant mechanisms.
  • Assists in manging the execution of grant contracts and post-award report evaluation.
  • Assists with grants marketing by sumitting graphics requests.
  • Assists in maintaining SRGA databases and tracking sheets.
  • Responds to general inquiries made by applicatns, grantees, and reviewers.
  • Assists in coordinanting and preparing internal and external meetings, incuding grantee selection calls with scientific review committees.
  • Performs selection call-related duties such as hosting Zoom/Teams meetings, preparing rosters, and reviewing settings in the Proposal Central grants management system.
  • Prepares various grant and grantee reports, as needed.
  • Assists with special projects, as necessary.


  • BA or BS degree
  • One to three years of adminstrative experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
  • Excellent adminisrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to excercise good judgement.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects.
  • Ability to adapt and respond in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.
