- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scholarly communication and publishing; scientific, technical, or medical publishing preferred
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, and project management
- Experience with tools and methods used for obtaining, storing, managing, analyzing, reporting, and presenting data
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex situations, communicate them effectively, and move them to resolution
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage, set, and oversee multiple priorities
- Experience writing business and functional requirements
- Experience writing and managing test plans
- Ability to work within a team environment and to collaborate with colleagues in the organization and externally
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to identify solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and competency in other Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook required
- Experience with Google Analytics reporting required
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools desirable
- Familiarity with bibliometric data sources such a PubMed, Crossref, Web of Science, Dimensions, etc. a plus
- Knowledge of website tools, HTML preferred
